Anstelle des üblichen „one does it all“-Designs bieten wir 3 individuelle Größen und Designs an, die es uns ermöglichen, die spezialisiertesten und radikalsten Speedboards herzustellen, die wir je gemacht haben!
Anstelle der branchenüblichen Semi-Custom-Technologie verwenden wir jetzt unsere exklusive FULL CUSTOM D/LAB-Technologie, die identisch mit der Bauweise der hochwertigsten Custom Made Boards ist. Aber im Gegensatz zu einem Custom Made Board erhältst du einen akribisch getesteten und bewährten Shape.

FALCON_SPEED D/LAB 56
Die größte empfohlene Segelgröße für dieses Board ist 5.3, was schon alles sagt. Dieses Board ist wie geschaffen für Spots wie Luderitz.
Bei der 56-Liter-Größe geht es vor allem um Kontrolle. Sei dir also sicher, dass dieses Board nie aufgibt bevor du es tust!
FALCON_SPEED D/LAB 68
Unser Allround-Speed-Dämon bietet den größten Einsatzbereich. Es erlaubt etwas größeren Segeln als der 56er, während es fast den gleichen Top End Speed bietet.
FALCON_SPEED D/LAB 78
Die 78er Größe funktioniert sogar mit einem 6.2er Segel. Durch das Nose Down Konzept kann man aber auch ein 5.0er völlig angepowert verwenden. Das Design erlaubt den richtigen Raildruck, um die Finne durch die Windlöcher bei niedrigeren Windgeschwindigkeiten zu fahren und gleichzeitig trimmt es sanft und stabil mit exzellenter Beschleunigung, wenn die schweren Böen einschlagen. MADE TO ORDER
All D/LAB boards are made to order. Your board will be scheduled for production AFTER you place your order and will be produced EXCLUSIVELY for you. Therefore, delivery can take up to 18 weeks (depending on when we get a production slot for your board).

With designer Kai Hopf and our product managers Dani Aeberli and Marco Lang, one and the same team is now responsible for the board, rig and even fin development. This results in an unrivalled board-rig ecosystem in which all DUOTONE products are really matching 100% now.
Besides this perfect match, the other driving force behind our R&D is the relentless push of our wave team around Victor Fernandez and Liam Dunkerbeck for better and better products.

Unlike the industry-standard semi custom technology, all our boards are now produced in a full custom technology which results in the best weight vs. strength ratio.
AI_BOARD_3D DESIGN SOFTWARE
In contrast to the industry-standard Shape3d program, our own exclusive 3D CAD software is based on math data-driven input. This allows us to cross-check the outcome using artificial intelligence to ensure maximum precision. Apart from being much more accurate and faster, complex 3D design tasks such as our ground-breaking SYNCED CURVES CONCEPT would otherwise have been simply impossible to realize.
CNC SHAPED ONLY
All our boards are CNC shaped now which is not only much more accurate, but opens more decisive advantages compared to the traditional mould construction method which allows us to implement new shapes at any time.
PRODUCTION FOCUSED DEVELOPMENT
Every single prototype is made in our exclusive factory using the exact same process and materials as the production boards. This way, each prototype has exactly the same weight and flex and therefore feels identical to the board you get.
