With SINGLE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY, the upper and lower PVC layers are then vacuum-sealed in separate steps—this division ensures the optimal weight-to-stiffness ratio. The PVC thickness varies depending on the load zone, rather than being a uniform 3 mm throughout. New to this generation is the 130-liter version, which is derived from the “magical” 139-liter—the shape that ensures the board’s dominance in light winds and with large sails—and translates its DNA into a more manageable volume.
