About Contains Coffee Roasters:
We only roast coffees with a cup score of at least 80 points. We source the green coffees through specialty importers who are focused on finding the best qualities and selecting them according to taste as well as ethical and moral aspects. As a small roastery, we thus have access to specialty coffees from all over the world, which we purchase transparently and with a clear conscience.
We try to make the development of our roastery as sustainable as possible and pay attention to even the smallest detail. We define good coffee as a total package. Our claim applies not only to quality and taste, but equally to our interaction with customers, suppliers, fellow human beings and our environment.
Our coffees should be fun and work! The majority of our coffees have a medium roasting degree. This is particularly user-friendly and is a pleasure in all preparation methods.
