In general, the following applies: Free shipping throughout Germany on orders over €50* and Free international shipping on orders over €100*

We ship throughout Germany with DHL and DPD.
Depending on the size and destination of the package, we ship internationally with DHL, DPD, UPS, TNT, or FedEx. Bulky items such as boards or sails are shipped by freight forwarder.
Articles that appear in the "Wind Lounge Base" are in stock, are shipped on the day of order (by 2 p.m.) and are delivered in 1-3 business days with you.
Articles that appear in the "External warehouse" have a slightly longer delivery time of 3-6 business days.
Longer delivery times may occur internationally.
As standard, we only ship packages with sufficient insurance coverage.
If your package is severely damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us. In any case, you will not be left with the damaged goods, and we will immediately arrange for a replacement or repair.
Yes, you can have packages delivered to a Packstation.
To do this, please enter your Packstation delivery address, including the postal code, in the comments section of the order.
If we have tracking information for your package, this will be included in the order confirmation email. This allows you to track exactly when your package will be delivered.
Yes, we also offer express shipping to all regions. A phone number is required for this service and must be provided at checkout.
For orders placed before 9:00 a.m., we can deliver by express delivery by 12:00 p.m. on the next business day.
This service only applies to products that are in the "Wind Lounge Base" in stock.

One of our most important principles is that we avoid plastic at all costs. We ship plastic-free and made from recycled materials cardboard boxesif possible.
If you have a problem with a used box, e.g., for sending a gift, etc., please contact us in advance and we will pack your order in a new box.
To do this, simply return your item to our Returns portal Register. You will then receive your return label.
This return is free of charge for you on a one-time basis.
