Racer Of The Sea
With over 50 windsurfers registered for the regatta, sunshine, more than enough wind, and a perfect location, not much could go wrong. On Saturday, we were surprised by a real storm. The wind was blowing at 20-30 knots at a perfect sideshore angle, and an official wave formed off Kellenhusen. After we had completed four slalom races, we even continued with wave windsurfing. On Sunday, the wind calmed down a bit, but was still strong enough for the foilers and fin riders. In total, eight races were completed with the Foil, six races with the fin, and a complete wave elimination. You can't get more action than that in a weekend.

Those who were exhausted after two rounds on the water didn't have to worry about getting bored. In addition to our stand, where we were of course happy to offer advice and assistance, there were also other exhibitors, a food stand, a DJ booth, and even a complete festival area with various food stalls.
This level of scope and professionalism is rare even at national and international regattas. We were all the more pleased that the Racer of the Sea Crew is particularly open to amateur windsurfers who want to try their hand at windsurfing regattas.
As most of you have probably already noticed, we have become a main partner of the "Racer of the Sea" regatta series with the Wind Lounge since this year. This means that we sponsor €1,001 in prize money per event, are active as exhibitors on site if necessary, and are committed to supporting young talent. We were so enthusiastic about the last event in Kellenhusen that we will definitely be back on site for the next event in Hemmelmark.
Of course, we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
