Introducing the Armstrong Foils aluminum fuselage.
The aluminum system was developed to give riders of all skill levels the opportunity to enjoy endless experiences on the water. Its modularity, wide performance range, and exceptional build quality allow riders of all levels to progress without limits.
Modularity is at the heart of the aluminum system. It is fully compatible with all Armstrong front wings and stabilizers, allowing your setup to evolve with your riding style. Building on the knowledge and technology that led to our industry-leading carbon performance mast, the shape and structure of the AA mast has been optimized from top to bottom to achieve an excellent balance between efficiency and strength. This approach to design and attention to detail is evident in the specially milled mast tip and SailGP-inspired bottom bracket, which are made from aerospace-grade aluminum alloys.
The system is equipped exclusively with high-quality titanium and surgical-grade stainless steel fittings, ensuring a lightweight and highly corrosion-resistant setup that will last for a long time. Industry-leading manufacturing tolerances ensure high performance and a beautiful fit and finish.
The hexagonal fuselage shape is inherently strong, stiff, and modular for easy front foil replacement.
The mast section is 17.5 mm thick; efficient through the water but strong enough to withstand the stresses of advanced riding.
Aircraft-grade 6061 and 7075 alloys provide an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
Titanium and stainless steel fittings eliminate the need for frequent disassembly, making it easy to use and maintain, and providing excellent corrosion resistance.
The screws are custom-made M7 and M8 x 1.25.
