We present the Armstrong aluminum fuselage.
The aluminum system was developed to give riders of all skill levels the opportunity to have endless experiences on the water. Its modularity, wide performance range and exceptional build quality allow riders of all levels to progress without limits.
Modularity is at the heart of the Aluminum Systems. It's fully compatible with all Armstrong front wings and stabilizers, so your setup evolves with your riding style. Building on the knowledge and technology that led to our industry-leading Carbon performance mast, the shape and structure of the AA mast has been optimized from top to bottom to achieve an excellent balance between efficiency and strength. This approach to design and attention to detail is evident in the custom milled mast tip and SailGP-inspired bottom bracket, which are made from aerospace-grade aluminum alloys.
The system is exclusively equipped with high quality titanium and surgical stainless steel hardware for a lightweight and highly corrosion resistant setup that is built to last. The industry-leading manufacturing tolerances ensure high performance and a beautiful fit and finish.
The hexagonal fuselage shape is inherently strong, rigid and modular for easy frontfoil replacement.
The mast section is 17.5 mm thick; efficient through the water, but strong to withstand the stresses of advanced driving.
6061 and 7075 alloys in aircraft quality ensure an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
Titanium and stainless steel fittings eliminate the need for frequent disassembly, making it easy to use and maintain with excellent corrosion resistance.
The screws are specially manufactured M7 and M8 x 1.25.
