Building on the legacy of our first HA (High Aspect) foils launched in 2021, the all-new HA range offers an unprecedented combination of rippability, easy pumping and endless planing that expands the potential of advanced to expert surf, downwind and wing foiling. Seven sizes - 580, 680, 780, 880, 980, 1080, 1180cm2 - offer a whole bunch of options. The new HA series is the essence of foiling.

Outstanding performance

The best of both worlds.

A newly developed profile cut, a new outline and a new profile give the HA series the remarkable ability to carve beautiful lines while staying high in the pumping power zone for maximum wave riding potential. The profile cross-section is gradually adjusted across the entire span (evolutive cross-section) to increase glide efficiency and consistent lift at different lean angles and airspeeds. For those who already fly the previous generation of the Armstrong HA series, we recommend reducing one foil size, e.g. changing from the older HA925 to the new HA880, in order to maintain the usual pumpability with a significant increase in performance.

The HA series benefits from two years of research with a leading CFD team. These foils turn beautifully, and their cross-section is optimized to float with the wave and allow fluid connections between wave lines. Excellent lift means riders can go down a whole size from their previous HA foils to improve carving and speed range while maintaining an easy low end.

Armstrong has crafted the HA series from premium Toray high and mid modulus carbon fibers to create an extremely strong, stiff and lightweight foil that performs exceptionally under the feet of intermediate to expert riders. The consistency of this layup combined with our industry leading manufacturing quality ensures the best performance and durability.
