In general: free shipping in Germany from €50* and free shipping internationally from €100*
*Bulky goods partially excluded.
We ship throughout Germany with DHL and DPD.
We ship internationally with DHL, DPD, UPS, TNT or FedEx, depending on the size and destination address of the parcel. Bulky goods such as boards or sails are shipped by a forwarding agent.
Articles published in the "Wind Lounge Base" in stock are dispatched on the day the order is placed (by 2 p.m.) and will be with you in 1-3 working days.
Articles stored in the "Externes Lager" have a slightly longer delivery time of 3-6 working days.
International delivery times may be longer.
We only send parcels with sufficient insurance as standard.
If your parcel is badly damaged on delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us. In any case, you will not be left with the damaged goods and we will take care of replacement or repair immediately.
Yes, you can have parcels delivered to a Packstation.
It is best to enter your delivery address for the Packstation, including the postal number, in the comments section of the order.
If we have tracking information for your parcel, you will be informed of this in the order confirmation email. This allows you to track exactly when your parcel will be delivered.
Yes, we also offer express delivery to all regions. A telephone number is required for this and must be provided at checkout.
For orders placed before 09:00 a.m., we can deliver by express on the next working day at 12:00 p.m.
This service only applies to products that are in stock at "Wind Lounge Base".

One of our most important principles is that we avoid plastic at all costs. We ship plastic-free and in recycled boxes whenever possible.
If you have a problem with a used box, e.g. for a gift shipment etc., please contact us in advance and we will pack your order in a new box.
To do this, you can simply submit your return in our returns portal register. You will then also receive your return label.
This return shipment is free of charge for you once.
