In addition to our industry-leading FULL CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY, the FALCON_FOIL shape has been redesigned using our exclusive AI_BOARD_3D software.
The result is simply stunning. Instead of the usual semi-custom technology, we now use 100% full-custom technology. We call this FULL CUSTOM D/LAB TECHNOLOGY (you can find all the details below under TECH FEATURES).
Even before you hit the water, you can already get a sense of what to expect. Just pick up the board and you’ll be shocked at how light it is. Then tap the hull and you’ll immediately notice how stiff the board is. Compare it to a typical semi-custom production board and the difference is obvious.
The result on the water is truly breathtaking. Thanks to the massively reduced weight and the incredible additional stiffness, the acceleration is on a whole different level compared to boards manufactured using the industry-standard semi-custom technology.
According to the latest PWA foil rules, you can only register one board size. This allowed us to focus all our development on this one board, refine the shape down to the last millimeter, and perfect every single detail.

We have seamlessly integrated the latest CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology for aerodynamic analysis into our CAD design process. This advanced approach ensures optimized airflow, which significantly reduces drag and increases top speed.
RETRACTED MAST BASE
The recessed mast foot area keeps the rig connection low and improves control.
SMOOTH GROUNDING
The optimized scoop-rocker line, the open V in the bow area, and the special extended stern cutouts make jibing more forgiving and help the Maintain a more consistent top speed.

All D/LAB boards are made to order. Your board will be scheduled for production AFTER you place your order and will be produced EXCLUSIVELY for you. Therefore, delivery can take up to 18 weeks (depending on when we get a production slot for your board).

This allows us to cross-check the outcome using artificial intelligence to ensure maximum precision. Apart from being much more accurate and faster, complex 3D design tasks such as our groundbreaking SYNCED CURVES CONCEPT would otherwise have been simply impossible to realize.
CNC-SHAPED ONLY
All our boards are now CNC-shaped, which is not only much more accurate but also offers significant advantages over the traditional mold-making method, allowing us to implement new shapes at any time.
PRODUCTION-FOCUSED DEVELOPMENT
Every single prototype is made in our exclusive factory using the exact same process and materials as the production boards. This way, each prototype has exactly the same weight and flex and therefore feels identical to the board you get.
