Point-7 Vario Quick Release harness lines

The Point-7 Windsurf Vario Quick Release harness lines are identical to the classic Point-7 Vario harness lines but offer a crucial additional function. 

An uncomplicated click mechanism makes it possible to release the rope from the boom at the touch of a button. This can give you a great sense of security. This is because the classic situation - a strong spin and you are under the sail and still "stuck" in the harness lines is very easy to resolve. The vario function remains fully intact. 

As these situations are only really dangerous in rare cases, we only recommend these ropes to windsurfers who panic when they get stuck in the rope under the sail. It is not necessary to dismantle the fork boom to fit the harness lines .

harness lines should be replaced regularly. If you windsurf frequently, we recommend changing the ropes once a year. For occasional windsurfers, we recommend checking the ropes once a year and changing them every two years. 

"Frequent windsurfing" applies from 1x per week windsurfing. So at least 52 sessions per year. 

"Occasional windsurfer" applies from less than 1x per week windsurfing. So less than 52 sessions per year.
