With the 2024, the Sailloft Air is now entering its sixth generation. Our team riders have clearly outlined the requirement profile for the characteristics of a perfect freestyle sail:
Planing, acceleration, speed, duckability and control. And that's exactly what the Air delivers.
It lets you glide along as if pulled by magic. You reach top speed with maximum acceleration. So you can go full steam ahead into the first move.
Ducking the AIR is effortless. The playful controllability of the ducked sail guides you into your first move with full control.
Explosive lift catapults you into the air and gives you enough time for the most complex moves. Double moves are no problem. Thanks to the short reaction time, the Air also accelerates you into the third move. There are no more limits to your creative style.
Despite weight optimization, we have also made sure that the new model is stable enough for the wave. The optimized vertical profile is effectively supported by the revised batten set-up. You always have a perfectly balanced sail across the entire wind range. Even when powered up, the AIR delivers maximum performance for highwind freestyle.
