Unconditional performance for ultimate records
With the Ultimate 2.4, we present the latest generation of our racing machine. Developed step by step and optimized for regatta use. 20 years of series sail development and 10 years of mast design as a prerequisite. Combined with feedback from national and international regattas. There is a lot of experience in it. Truly not a newcomer. But a mature sail for all everyday racing conditions.
The Ultimate 2.4 is not just a fast sail. - Of course it is ;o) But the top speed must also be easy to retrieve. And on all courses. Whether upwind or downwind. It also needs maximum acceleration at the start line and after gybes. Soft sail and camber rotation are a must. If the wind weakens - never mind: the Ultimate pulls through.
For 2024, each sail size was put to the test and specially adapted.

New developed set of sails for slalom on fin with new sizes to enable mixed sail sets for fin and foil racing

New high aspect outline with extra short boom cut out and extra shorter boom to give perfect handling and sail rotation while foiling

New profile deeper in the boom area for extra power

New designed leech with loose leech starting already at the boom is providing control over the widest possible windrange

2.5 mil X-ply in the sleeve instaed of 4 mil X-ply is reducing weight whilst durability stay the same

Reworked Artwork with better visibility on the water because of more white and yellow X-ply and bigger red part of the sleeve
