Modern longboarding offers a variety of skills and styles. Depending on the surfer, wave or board, it can be a dance or a martial art. It can be light-footed composure or powerful drive, straight-line trim or vertical snaps, nose rides or carves. A true modern high-performance longboard must be able to do all of these things.
The Don surfs stable on the nose, straight and fast in the middle and lively in the tail. The Don XL is the more voluminous version of the Don for heavier surfers, slightly more nose oriented for more stable nose riding, but still super responsive in the tail. The added benefit of the Torq TEC construction - light, strong and super responsive - makes the wide repertoire of moves easier and more dynamic.
