Our slogan "Fat is Fast" therefore says it all and the similarities with our sardines are hard to overlook. The lightning-fast and agile fish provide healthy omega-3 fatty acids and therefore serve as the perfect meal before the next windsurfing session! Of course, they are best stored in the surfer van, where they can be kept unrefrigerated and are ready to eat immediately thanks to the vacuum-sealed cans!
