CONSTRUCTION
To protect its competitive advantage in producing the stiffest products, Patrik will not disclose any design secrets for the AEON front wings.
With the AEON Foils, Patrik once again leads the industry in offering the thinnest and most highly visible designs with the stiffest flex-to-twist ratio.
All Foil parts are secured with TX40 Torx screws.
All front wings are attached to the fuselage with m8 TX40 screws.
SANDING AND WARRANTY
All AEON carbon parts are finished with a "clear coat" to give them a visually appealing and perfect appearance. This coating seals the carbon layers. Please note that sanding this factory coating—either in whole or in part—will void the product warranty and is done at your own risk. Sanded AEON parts change their appearance from glossy to matte. Always seek advice and guidance from experienced windsurfers before sanding your Foils. There is no general need to sand AEON carbon parts extensively, as we use a very advanced production process.
