X-TRIMM SYSTEM
Until now, wingfoiling has always been fixed-geometry.
Until now. The X-Trim system introduces active and reversible aerodynamic profile adjustment while in flight. By tensioning an integrated trailing-edge line system, effective wingspan and profile depth are adjusted in real time. The result is a dynamically adjustable race platform that responds to wind strength, direction of travel, and tactical requirements. Deeper for more drive. Flatter for more control. Adjusted in seconds.
A special trim cleat on the boom secures the control line and allows for quick, controlled adjustments while riding. The integrated line guide on the trailing edge ensures symmetrical tension across the entire Wing and maintains aerodynamic balance while the wingspan and chord depth are adjusted.

FLOW GRID is VAYU’s proprietary canopy structure, based on a progressive canopy layout that combines different Teijin fabric densities to optimize performance across the entire Wing to optimize performance. Reinforced areas provide strength and stability exactly where they’re needed, while lighter materials reduce overall weight and improve responsiveness.
