The latest version of the PYRO uses clever paint and construction techniques to make it one of the lightest and most powerful boards on the market. Every component and detail has been tuned for performance. Everything is top-notch because Philip doesn't accept second best.
In Philip's own words: "I'm thrilled that my Pyro handles all conditions well – from 50 knots in Pozo, where I try to land my highest jumps, to my best rides, where I push Ho'okipa to the limit and test it out.
The PYRO is now powered by NYCA-Fins, an injection molding technology that uses a special blend of thermoplastic polymer and carbon fibers. This blend not only offers abrasion resistance, but also the ideal stiffness for windsurfing performance.
