Introducing the JP Australia Super Sport 2026.
JP remains true to its proven formula: easy handling at incredible speed. These free race shapes are comfortable and easy to sail.
They get up Plane early, accelerate extremely quickly, and fly effortlessly over flat water and choppy water. The comfortable standing position gives you the confidence to push the boards to the limit and ride at maximum speed. Thanks to the excellent control, recreational sailors can achieve higher top speeds than with World Cup slalom boards. It's really easy to get into the rail and ride powerful, dynamic jibes. Overall, they are JP's fastest and most fun free race boards ever.
They offer enormous performance potential for experienced riders, are extremely efficient on all courses, and particularly on half-wind to upwind courses. Equipped with plenty of grip, they give you the confidence to easily control high-speed flight. You can exploit the full performance potential because the standing position is relaxed and you can feel the board completely when transferring maximum sail power, which provides ever-increasing acceleration.
form details
The shapes are based on the slalom board concept, but have been adapted to the requirements and physical strength of performance-oriented recreational windsurfers. The Super Sports incorporate several elements from our slalom line:
They are short and feel very compact
The parallel outline maximizes the gliding surface on Baseplate gets the board up on Plane immediately
The centered swing weight provides excellent control at high speeds
The deck concave around the Baseplate volume and lowers the pivot point of the rig for added control
The bottom camber and V-flow of the slalom boards have been adjusted to improve comfort and jibing ability. This contributes efficiently to early planing, a relaxed riding feel, and high water position.
The tail configuration creates a wider outline at the tail while reducing the overall volume.
The narrowing rails along the entire length of the board combine comfort and efficiency. They enable tight turns and easy jibing. Exiting turns with speed is just as easy as riding straight ahead at speed
The rear recesses ensure efficient lift-off and easy trimming of the board for fast and comfortable riding
The rear outline and deck shape offer excellent leverage for better acceleration and top speed performance
